ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, AND DENYING PLAINTIFF'S CROSS-MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AN AMENDED COMPLAINT

This matter having appeared before the Court upon Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint, the Court having considered the submissions of the parties, for the reasons set forth in an Opinion issued by this Court, which findings of fact and conclusions of law are incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause appearing,
IT IS on this 11th day of April, 2003,
ORDERED THAT:
1. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED; and
2. Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint is DENIED.
