Before the Court is the Government's Opposition to Court's Order for Defendant to Attend CIPA Hearing. Having been advised by Mr. Moussaoui that he does not wish to participate in the hearing, it is hereby

ORDERED that the pro se defendant will not be present at the CIPA hearing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2003.
