For the reasons set forth in an Opinion entered on the 13th day of May 2003; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

A. The Statement of Attorney Fees filed by Debtor's counsel on February 20, 2003, is limited to the $7,500 paid as the original retainer; and,

B. The Statement of Attorney Fees is DENIED as to all fees requested in excess of the $7,500 retainer.
