This matter came before the Court on May 14, 2003, upon the motion of E*TRADE Securities, LLC ("E*TRADE") for an order authorizing the examination of the Trustee pursuant to F.R.Bankr.P. 2004. William P. Wassweiler, esq. appeared on behalf of E*TRADE. James L. Volling, esq. and Jason K. Walbourn, esq. appeared on behalf of James P. Stephenson, in his capacity as trustee for the estate of MJK Clearing, Inc. (the "Trustee").

Based upon the pleadings, arguments of counsel, and the record and file herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: E*TRADE Securities, LLC is hereby authorized to examine the Trustee pursuant to F.R.Bankr.P. 2004.
