Echo West International (PVT) Ltd. ("Echo West"), by and through its counsel of record, Jeanette E. McPherson of the Schwartzer McPherson Law Firm, and the Plan Committee, by and through its counsel of record, Todd J. Dressel of Winston Strawn, hereby stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS, Echo West filed a proof of claim in the amount of $3,014,411.00;

WHEREAS, the Plan Committee filed the Plan Committee's Objection And Objection To Claim of Echo West International (PVT) Limited (the "Objection");

WHEREAS, the Objection is set for hearing on June 12, 2003;

WHEREAS, the deadline for Echo West to respond to the Objection is May 23, 2003: and

WHEREAS, the Plan Committee and Echo West are attempting to resolve the Objection and as a result, the Plan Committee has agreed to continue the hearing from June 12, 2003 a 9:30 am. to July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. and allow Echo West additional time, if necessary, to fib a response to the Objection up to and Including five business days prior to the continued hearing date of July 17, 2003.

NOW, THEREFORE, Echo West and the Plan Committee stipulate and agree as follows:

1. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein in full;

2. The bearing date on the Objection is continued from June 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to July 17, 2003 at 9:30 am.; and

3. The deadline for Echo West to respond to the Objection is extended from May 23, 2003 to July 10, 2003.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing date on the Objection is continued from June 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m., and the deadline for Echo West to respond to the Plan Committee's Objection To Claim of Echo West International (PVT) Limited is extended from May 23, 2003 to July 10, 2003.
