IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Will Tolliver and Tradco, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 92) is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Federal Republic of Nigeria, Central Bank of Nigeria, and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 83) is GRANTED and summary judgment is awarded in their favor, dismissing all claims against them due to lack of jurisdiction over foreign sovereigns.
