NAVAJO NATION v. ARIZONA INDEPENDENT REDISTRICTING COMM

The Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission moved to transfer CIV-03-1036-PHX-RCB to the Judges already assigned to the consolidated cases CIV-02-799-PHX-ROS and CIV-02-807-PHX-ROS. As the parties seek expedited decision on several other motions pending in CIV-03-1036-PHX-RCB, the Court will order expedited briefing on the Motion to Transfer.

Accordingly,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all parties should file their responses to the Motion to Transfer by Wednesday, June 11, 2003.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission's Reply should be filed by Friday, June 13, 2003.
