IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED and JUDGMENT is hereby entered for the Defendant Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Administration; and Plaintiffs/Debtors' complaint to declare their student loan debts owed to the Defendant dischargeable is DISMISSED.
