THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiffs' I Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Motion Seeking Class Certification, and the Court having reviewed the file, and being otherwise advised in the premises. it is thereupon.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Plaintiffs, Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification is granted.

2. Plaintiffs shall have sixty (60) days from the date of this Court's Order on Defendant's motion to dismiss and or to strike class action allegations to file their Motion for Class Certification.
