For the reasons stated on the record at the hearing of July 18, 2003, the Court finds that Plaintiffs' expert, Leslie Wilber, is competent to testify as to the value of the ordinary contents of Plaintiffs' home. Ms. Wilber is not competent to testify regarding whether any of the contents of the home have been contaminated with mold or require replacement due to such contamination.

To this extent, Defendant's Motion to Exclude Testimony of Leslie Wilbur (Docket No. 17) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
