Having issued today an Opinion and Order granting plaintiff's motion to strike the affirmative defenses of estoppel, waiver, and unclean hands, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to strike the statute of limitations defense is denied without prejudice to its renewal at the time, if any, when a motion for summary judgment is submitted.
