The Debtor Virginia M. Cantrell's counsel having moved for a continuance of the Motion to Dismiss now scheduled for September 12, 2003 and good cause appearing therefore in that Debtor Cantrell's counsel will be off-island from September 12-19, 2003, the court grants said motion and hereby orders as follows:

1. The hearing on the CMC's Motion to Dismiss now scheduled for September 12, 2003 is hereby continued.
