THIS CASE came on for consideration, ex parte, upon the Motion for Reassignment Pursuant to M.D. Fla. L.B.R. 1073-l(e). The Court having considered the Motion finds that is well taken and it will be granted. According, it is
ORDERED:
1. The Motion for Reassignment Pursuant to M.D. Fla. L.B.R. 1073-l(e) is granted.
2. The Clerk of this Court is directed to reassign above-named case to the Honorable Michael G. Williamson.
3. All pending hearings which may be scheduled before the undersigned are hereby cancelled.
