Standby defense counsel have requested that the Court allow them until September 19, 2003 to respond to any proposed substitutes for, or alternatives to, the specific relief ordered by the Court on August 29, 2003. Finding a brief extension of time to be reasonable, it is hereby

ORDERED that any defense response to any proposals by the United States be filed by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2003.
