This action is before the court for case management. It appears to the court that Defendant's Request for Protective Order (docket sheet document #69), filed on April 8, 2003, remains pending, despite the court having ruled on the related discovery disputes by Order entered April 14, 2003 (#72). It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant's Request for Protective Order is GRANTED consistent with the rulings set forth in the Order entered April 14, 2003.

The court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel and Defendant's Liaison Counsel.
