For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion filed contemporaneously with this entry, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 26) is granted as it pertains to Counts Six, Count Seven (aiding and abetting securities violations) and Count Eight of the complaint and denied as to Counts One through Five, Count Seven (aiding and abetting fraud) as well as Counts Nine and Ten.
