That Kenneth B. Hoggarth's obligations to Patricia A. Hoggarth under the judgment entered in connection with the parties' divorce to make monthly spousal support and asset division payments are in the nature of alimony, support, or maintenance and are therefore nondischargeable under section 523(a)(5).
