ORDER
LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge
On September 29, 2003, this Court dismissed the debtor's appeal. On October 15, 2003, debtor filed a so-called Motion for Reconsideration Emergency Motion to Stay Sheriff's Sale of 28 Acres.
The motion is virtually incomprehensible. In any case, the dismissal of the appeal terminated this Court's jurisdiction over the matter. The motion therefore is denied.
SO ORDERED.
