Now before the Court is a motion to intervene on the plaintiffs' side by Bridgeport Music, Inc., Southfield Music, Inc., and Westbound Records, Inc. The present plaintiffs oppose the motion.

The Court believes that intervention by the moving parties may prejudice the present plaintiffs. Therefore, the motion to intervene is denied. Proposed intervenors are free to file a separate civil action to raise their claims against defendants, and the Court would accept it as a related action.
