In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion entered this date, and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(5), the objection by Debtors to the claim of George Usher, as Representative of the Estate of Evelyn Jackson, is transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri for either a determination on the merits, or for transfer to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
