Consistent with the opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, Trustmark National Bank, is hereby sustained. Consequently, the complaint filed by the plaintiff, Donnie J. Breauxsaus, against the defendant, Trustmark National Bank, is hereby dismissed.
