On November 17, 2003, the Trustee, Robert Steffy, submitted his Supplemental Final Report indicating that all assets and funds of the estate were disbursed in accordance with the directions of this Court. The Court has reviewed the report and finds that the estate has been fully administered and is ready to close. Therefore, the Court finds that the Trustee has performed all duties required of him in the administration of this Estate, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Trustee's Report is hereby approved, and the Trustee is discharged and relieved of his trust and all further duties as Trustee, that the Trustee's bond is hereby exonerated, and that the case be closed.
