IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties to this action that the above-captioned action be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(1), each party to bear his or her own costs and attorneys' fees.
The parties voluntarily stipulated to dismiss this action without prejudice pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(1). Acccordingly, this Court hereby orders that this action be and is dismissed without prejudice.
