This matter is before the court on the motion for opportunity to conduct additional polling prior to filing a formal motion for change of venue (doc. no. 102), Defendant requests the opportunity to file his motion for change of venue, currently due to be filed on January 30. 2004, after additional polling has been conducted. Defendant has failed to persuade the court that an extension of time to file the motion for change of venue is "warranted. Accordingly, defendant's motion is DENTED.
