The United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey has moved to continue a stay of certain discovery, which expired on January 31, 2004, through May 31, 2004. Although filed only in 02 Civ. 8855 (LAK), the proposed stay would affect all of the captioned cases.

Based on the motion papers as well as the ex parte submission, which refers to matters occurring before a grand jury, the stay previously entered is continued pending the hearing and determination of the United States Attorney's motion.
