For the reasons set forth in an Opinion entered this day,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Harold and Joyce Six's Objection to Confirmation of the Debtors' Chapter 12 Plan of Reorganization be and is hereby sustained.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Debtors' lease of 67.3 acres of farmland with Harold and Joyce Six be and is hereby deemed rejected.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Debtors immediately surrender such farmland to Harold and Joyce Six.
