ORDER GRANTING PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT WITH RESPECT TO CLAIM NO. 9542 FILED BY TROY J. THOMPSON — 9th OMNIBUS CLAIM OBJECTIONS

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Debtors' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment with respect to Claim Number 9542, filed by Troy J. Thompson-9th Omnibus Claim Objections. For the reasons stated in the Debtors' Motion and its Memorandum in Support, it appearing that good and sufficient notice of the Debtors' motion having been given to Claimant, and Claimant having not filed an objection, the Court finds good cause to grant the Debtors' motion.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Debtors' Motion For Partial Summary Judgment with Respect to Claim No. 9542 is GRANTED. Claim No. 9542 is hereby disallowed in the amount of $9,188.84. The Claim will be allowed in the amount of $12,449.60.
