This matter is presently before the Court for discharge. However, upon review of the debtors' schedules, it appears that the listed debts are "primarily consumer" debts. Additionally, there is a concern that the debtors may be able to fund a Chapter 13 plan. Therefore, the Court sets this matter for hearing regarding whether this case should be dismissed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b). The hearing is scheduled for April 23, 2004 at 9:30 a.m.
