The Court having entered its "Order Granting Defendant CNF Inc.'S Motion for Summary Judgment," finding that the defendant is entitled to judgment in its favor as a matter of law, it is therefore

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that plaintiff Gary Conkin recover nothing of defendant CNF Transportation, Inc., f/k/a Consolidated Freightways, Inc., with all of the parties to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
