THIS MATTER having come before the Court pursuant to Plaintiff's Motion for Substitution of Party pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 25(b), the Court being advised that Wayne Holloway has been appointed guardian of the estate and person of Denise Holloway, who has been declared incompetent by order of the Probate Court of St. Clair County, Alabama;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Wayne Holloway, Guardian and Conservator over the estate of Denise Holloway, is substituted as a Plaintiff by, for, and on behalf of Plaintiff Denise Holloway.
