Presently pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment (Docket Entry No. 10), to which opposition has been filed. For the reasons explained in the Memorandum entered contemporaneously herewith, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is hereby GRANTED. This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
It is so ORDERED.
