This judgment is issued pursuant to the court's Order of May 28, 2004. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this action is hereby dismissed with prejudice against Defendant Prestige Ford Garland Limited Partnership d/b/a Prestige Ford; that Plaintiff Graciela Martinez ("Martinez") take nothing; that all relief requested by Martinez is denied; that all relief not expressly granted herein is denied; and that all allowable and reasonable costs are taxed against Martinez.
