AMENDMENT OF RULE 4, 2004-02 (Mich. 2004)

By order dated January 26, 2004, the Court amended Rule 4 of the Rules Concerning the State Bar of Michigan with immediate effect. Notice and an opportunity to comment at the May 27, 2004, public hearing having been provided, the amendment of Rule 4 is retained.
