This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the law firm of Bingham McHale LLP to substitute the appearance of Meggan L. Ehret for that of Rafael A. Sanchez and Phillip J. Fowler.

The Court, having considered the Motion and being duly advised, now finds that said Motion should be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the appearance of Meggan L. Ehret is hereby substituted for that of Rafael A. Sanchez and Phillip J. Fowler as counsel for Plaintiff, Aearo Company and Cabot Safety Intermediate Corporation, and the appearances of Rafael A. Sanchez and Phillip J. Fowler are withdrawn.
