IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing on Stephen D. Hoyne's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendants [Doc. # 89] shall be held on June 24, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 10 South of the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Hoyne shall notify the Defendants of the hearing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Mr. Hoyne shall inform the Defendants that the Court requires their attendance at the hearing. Mr. Hoyne shall file with the Court copies of all correspondence with the defendants informing them of the hearing and the attendance requirement.
