Pending is Plaintiffs' Motion for Continuance of the Briefing and Hearing Schedule Regarding Class Certification (Doc. No. 244). Defendants do not object to the motion.

Plaintiffs request to continue the deadline to file their Memorandum of Points and Authorities from July 14, 2004 to January 7, 2005. Plaintiffs assert that the continuance is necessary to allow adequate discovery.

For good cause shown and because Defendants do not object, Plaintiffs' Motion for Continuance of the Briefing and Hearing Schedule Regarding Class Certification is GRANTED.
