ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO VACATE ORDER OF JULY 24, 2003

The Court is informed that the parties have reached settlement of Plaintiffs' several claims. The settlement contemplates that the Court vacate its Order of July 24, 2003 (Doc. # 354). In accordance with the agreement and without objection from Plaintiffs, the Court's Order of July 24, 2003, is hereby vacated.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
