RICHARDSON v. SUGG

For the reasons set forth The Plaintiff's complaint against Defendant Arkansas Razorback Foundation (Foundation) and the Foundation's counterclaims against the Plaintiff for failure to mitigate were heard in a non-jury trial beginning on May 6, 2004, and concluding on June 1, 2004.

The issues having been fully heard, and a decision rendered, It is Ordered and Adjudged, that the complaint against the Foundation and the Foundation's counterclaims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each Party is to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
