In accordance with the memorandum opinion filed contemporaneously herewith, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff have and recover of Thomas W. Adams the sum of $1,593,554.01 which is hereby adjudged to be nondischargeable pursuant to § 523(a) (2) (B) of the Bankruptcy Code; and it is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff have no recovery or relief from Susanne H. Adams and this adversary proceeding is dismissed with prejudice as to Susanne H. Adams.
