The Court having granted Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment on the issue of qualified immunity, and because the Court's determination precludes the recovery Plaintiffs seek, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that judgment is entered for Defendants Leroy D. Baca, William T. Stonich, Larry L. Waldie, Dennis Dahlman, Michael Aranda, Johnnie Dredd, Dennis Burns, Brian Smith, Edward Stewart, Lt. Navarrio, County of Los Angeles, and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Each side to bear their own costs.
