This matter came before this Court on June 29, 2004, on the Motion to Stay Partial Summary Judgment filed by the defendant. Appearances were noted in the record.

The Court having been advised that the parties have reached an agreement regarding said motion.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

1. That within ten (10) days from the date of this Order that the defendant shall deposit in the Registry of this Court the sum of $25,683.85.

2. The Clerk is ordered to accept the above sum.

3. Plaintiff shall take no further action to collect on the summary judgment entered by this Court on 29^th day of July, 2004, without further order from this Court.
