THIS MATTER came on for hearing before the Honorable Patricia C. Williams on June 8, 2004 upon Ernst Young's Ex-Parte Emergency Motion to Seal Certain Documents Attached to Examiner's Report. The Court reviewed the files and records herein and Ernst Young's Motion and supporting materials, heard argument of counsel, and was fully advised in the premises. NOW, THEREFORE,

IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:

1. Ernst Young's Ex-Parte Emergency Motion to Seal Certain Documents Attached to Examiner's Report filed with the court on June 7, 2004 is hereby GRANTED.

2. The Declaration of Jack Behrens and the attachments thereto shall be FILED UNDER SEAL. The Examiner is directed to file under seal the attachments to his report which constitute the documents listed in the Declaration of Jack Behrens in Support of Ernst Young LLP's Emergency Motion and his Exhibit No. 60.

3. Counsel for Ernst Young is directed to provide notice of this Order to the limited notice list as maintained on the Court's website.
