Rogelio Montemayor has asked the court's permission to have his counsel travel with him from the United States to Mexico.

The court has no objection to DeGeurin's accompanying Montemayor, but in the absence of an extraordinary circumstance, the arrangements are a matter for the executive through the Departments of State and Justice.
