IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that with respect to Count I of Gulfcoast's complaint, Gulfcoast has a secured claim under 11 U.S.C. § 506(a) against Bridge's estate in the amount of $713,677.00; and

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that concerning Count II of the complaint, Relational has no obligation to Bridge with respect to Gulfcoast's purchase of the Sun Equipment from Bridge; and

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of Gulfcoast and Relational on Bridge's Amended Counterclaim.
