On July 13, 2004, this Court entered its Order Granting Defendant, Miami-Dade County's Motion for Summary Judgment. It is therefore,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final summary judgment be and it is entered in favor of the defendant, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, and against the Plaintiff, REYNALDO LOPEZ. The Plaintiff shall take nothing by his action and it is hereby dismissed. Appropriate costs shall be taxed by separate motion and order.
