In accordance with the memorandum opinion this day entered, there being no genuine issue of material facts and because Defendant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 29) is GRANTED. Defendant's Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiff's Affidavit (Doc. #35) is DENIED.

It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that final judgment be entered in favor of Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC. Costs are taxed against Plaintiff.
