This judgment is issued pursuant to the court's Order of October 15th, 2004. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiff Kevin A. Moore ("Moore") take nothing by his suit against Defendant United Parcel Service ("UPS"); that this action is hereby dismissed with prejudice against UPS; that all relief requested by Moore is hereby denied; that all relief not expressly granted herein is denied; and that all allowable and reasonable costs are taxed against Moore.
