Presently before the Court is Defendant Baptist Health System, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss on Res Judicata Grounds (doc. 19); Defendant Baptist Health System, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss (doc. 21); and Defendant American Hospital Association's Motion to Dismiss (doc. 32). Oral argument was heard on these motions on October 8, 2004. Based on the pleadings and argument of counsel, and in accordance with the Memorandum of Opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Motions are hereby GRANTED, and this case is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
