In accordance with the Memorandum and Order signed October 25, 2004, the Court renders partial summary judgment in favor of Defendant ExxonMobil Corporation. Plaintiffs Harvey J. George, Earnest Charles Jackson, and Leroy Jones shall take nothing by their suit, and their claims are dismissed with prejudice. Harvey J.
