Upon consideration of defendant's Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to Respond to the Government's Motions Regarding Mental Health Evidence, and finding good cause therefor, and considering that there is no objection to the motion, it is hereby ORDERED that said motion is GRANTED; and

FURTHER ORDERED that defendant shall have until December 1, 2004 to respond to the Government's Motion and Incorporated Memorandum Regarding Mental Health Evidence (filed Apr. 8, 2002, dkt. no. 93) and the Government's Supplemental Motion and Incorporated Memorandum Regarding Mental Health Evidence (filed July 6, 2004, dkt. no. 1176).
